Hallowbaloo Music + Arts Festival is expanding its playground. Festivities will stretch from Chinatown to the historic Hawaii State Art Museum (HiSAM) and surrounding streets.

Iconic landmarks, manicured lawns, expansive tree canopies combined with Chinatown’s kaleidoscope of watering holes and entertainment houses - the ultimate canvas for Halloween escapades.

Hallowbaloo Street Festival

5:30PM - 10:00PM

Enjoy costumes, music, art and food! HiSAM and surrounding streets (Hotel & Richards St.)

Club Hallowbaloo

9:00PM - 2:00AM

One wristband, multiple clubs - something to suit every fancy. Plus, pedestrian mall on Hotel St. (Nuuanu Ave. to Smith St.)

Trolley Service

8:00PM - 11:00PM

Complimentary trolleys will shuttle festival goers from Nuuanu Ave. to Alakea St. and back so you never miss a beat!

Hallowbaloo ‘Marathon’

5:45PM - 6:15PM

Our 2nd Annual Fun Run for the Arts! Costumed revelers traversing a 1.0 mile course thru festival grounds (walk/stroll/run) while raising money for local arts non-profits.
