As costumed revelers descend onto Nu'uanu Avenue, a sea of Jack-o-Lanterns will alight and cast out an orangey glow - enveloping the masses in a surreal dreamscape.

Carvings by Arts District Merchants and Artists: The following merchants and galleries will be carving Jack-o-Lanterns and displaying them in their windows during the Hallowbaloo: Kim Taylor Reece, Studio of Roy Venters, Hanks Cafe, Tea at 1024, Louis Pohl Gallery, INTO, Bethel Street Gallery, Kimo Studio, Nuuanu Gallery at Marks Garage, Area, 808 Real Estate and Keiki Photography.

Hallowbaloo Outreach - Children of Ohana Ola o Kahumana: In addition to giving Hawaii keiki a safe and fun Trick-or-Treat Gallery Walk, the Hallowbaloo is also helping bring Halloween to the children of Ohana Ola o Kahumana. Ohana Ola offers transitional housing for homeless adults with minor children in the Waianae Community and is part of the City and County of Honolulu's Homeless Services Program.
